• Access to account files requires an active subscription. Cancelled accounts will lose access to their files once the billing term has ended.• After 45 days of no editing activity on an order, SeoScale reserves the right to delete files, media, and related assets associated with the order from our servers and storage on Frame.io.

• Money-Back Guarantee• First-time customers of SeoScale are entitled to up to three video edits within a 7-day guaranteed satisfaction period to evaluate the service quality.• If cancellation occurs within the first 7 days of service, you may request a refund by:• Emailing support@seoscale.ca

• Refund amounts depend on the exchange rate between the US Dollar and your currency on the day of processing.Payment and Refunds

The final processing time depends on your bank.• By registering for services, you authorize SeoScale to charge your payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal) for the subscription fee on each billing cycle anniversary (monthly, quarterly, annually).
